Evening Waiter for Mirabelle

We are searching for energetic and experienced waiters/waitresses with wine and organic food experience to join our warm and vibrant Mirabelle team at the corner of Guldbergsgade 29.

Mirabelle is an everyday café and winebar on a sunny corner at Nørrebro, Copenhagen — a place shaped by our bakery, the scent of specialty coffee, honest and nourishing food and lovely wines by the glass.

As a staff member at Mirabelle, you will become part of a team where a close interaction with the Danish seasons and range of small-scale producers is our starting point. We are looking for people who can be proud representatives of this philosophy.

At Mirabelle, our waiting team aims to provide our guests with a welcoming experience  — whether they’re grabbing a morning cappuccino, buying sourdough bread, or enjoying our evening dishes and a glass of wine. We are looking for someone with the personality, passion and positivity to thrive in this role.

To be a good waiter/waitress at Mirabelle, you should:

• Know how to stay focused in a busy environment and take initiative in slow times. 

• Be a warm and friendly host. 

• Have good communication skills and a team attitude. 

• Keep the space tidy and make sure things are where they should be to run a smooth service. 

• Care about where your food comes from — organic, local, seasonal. 

• Want to help become a staple in the neighborhood. Share our story with the guests, and provide a good background of the products and the food prepared.

• An interest in wine is very much appreciated.
