We have used the lock down to make sure that Bæst and Mirabelle would not just be able to reopen but to come back even better than before. The restaurants have had a face lift, menus and recipes have been developed and we will be ready to host you outdoors from 22nd April. To ensure that we will be able to deliver the best possible experience, we will start with a limited menu and without bookings.
May. 6 – May 9. we will do a “soft-opening” indoors at both BÆST and Mirabelle with full menu for guests.

What is BÆST.
BÆST is the place where sustainability and the highest quality produce means everything. The place where the season’s best sustainable organics, combined with respectfully prepared local produce, in a relaxed environment thrives.
We have won numerous prizes and accolades for best pizza both locally and internationally but we are not intending to make BÆST an Italian restaurant. We are inspired by Italian tradition and crafts and we implement those on local organic produce.
If anything then BÆST is a truly authentic Nørrebro’rian restaurant.
Much more than pizza
At Guldbergsgade 29, you will get much more than just sourdough pizza. At BÆST we produce cheese and charcuterie on a daily basis with organic and sustainable ingredients.
Our menu now reflects the house of BÆST even better. From the daily homemade mozzarella to the fresh veggies from our farm, Farm of Ideas. We do everything we can to make the ingredients shine.
