During the break we have been pondering, thinking, and dreaming about the next chapter at BÆST and we have great things in the pipeline.

We will start small but good. We reduced the opening hours, the selection of dishes but we are not making any compromises with the produce, the ecology and the experience.

Much more than pizza

At Guldbergsgade 29, you will get much more than just sourdough pizza. At BÆST we produce cheese and charcuterie on a daily basis with organic and sustainable ingredients.

Our menu now reflects the house of BÆST even better. From the daily homemade mozzarella to the fresh veggies from our farm, Farm of Ideas. We do everything we can to make the ingredients shine.
