The following describes the terms and conditions for purchases made in this webshop. You have to agree to the terms before you make a purchase in the webshop. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions you are not eligible to make purchases in the webshop. In that instance you are welcome to contact us via phone instead.

1. Making an order

1.1. You will receive an order confirmation when we have received your order.

1.2 Despite receiving an order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel it within reason.

2. Order fulfilment

2.1 When ordering tickets for events in our restaurant, you will receive this/these per email.

2.2. The time span in your order confirmation is an estimate only. We strive to have your order ready at the chosen time, however, we can not guarantee that this is the case. We can not be held accountable for loses followed by the ordered products not being ready on the chosen time.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Prices are shown on the website and are including danish taxes (VAT / moms). However, prices can be without administrative fees, credit card fees etc., which will appear in the payment window.

3.2 You are not able to claim prices on the website, which are obviously incorrect, since you should have realized this during your order.

3.3 You can be asked to show the credit card you used for your purchase when picking up your order at the restaurant (in case of ordering food), in order to identify the person picking up the order.

3.4 Payment and withdrawal of the amount from the credit card used, are completed at the moment of purchase.

4. Cancellation

4.1 According to “Lov om forbrugeraftaler § 18 stk. 2, nr. 12”, purchases of tickets are not eligible to your right to cancellation, and tickets are therefore non-refundable unless the event are not carried out. Therefore, you cannot get your money back or change your tickets.

4.2. When you have confirmed your order it is not possible to change it since your right to cancellation within 14 days does not apply when purchasing food products. However, you are welcome to contact us by phone, if you wish to cancel your order. We will help out and cancel your order if possible.

5. Force majeure

5.1 We cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed fulfilment of our commitments, if they are caused by events which are out of our reasonable control, hereafter “Force Majeure”.

5.2 Force Majeure entails any act, event, lacking event, omission, failure or accident out of our reasonable control.

6. Personal information

We treat your personal information according to the Privacy Act. Your information will not be shared be shared with any third-party and are solely kept in our own database for identification purposes. If you wish to have your information deleted, you are welcome to contact us. Information which can be tied to your person will never be available for other companies or be matched with external registers.

7. Credit card information

Your credit card information are processed with QuickPay, which is a secure payment solution for Dankort, Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. Credit card information are processed according to the credit card company’s rules and regulations.
